Aura Privacy Policy

Aura is a quiet, on-device reflection experience. We do not collect, store, or share personal data.

What we collect

• No personal data is collected.

• No analytics or tracking. We do not use third-party analytics, ads, or trackers.

• No accounts. Aura has no sign-in or profile.

How Aura works

• On-device processing. Reflections are generated entirely on your device using a local word list and randomness.

• Local “memory.” Optional “memory” entries are stored only on your device in hashed form for resonance; they never leave your device.

• Notifications. If you allow notifications, Aura schedules local notifications on your device. No notification tokens or identifiers are transmitted to us.

• Sharing. If you tap Share, iOS presents the system share sheet. Anything you share is controlled by you and handled by the chosen app/service.

Permissions we don’t use

• No precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

Children

Aura is suitable for a general audience. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Data rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Because we do not collect or process personal data, rights such as access, deletion, or opt-out generally do not apply. If you contact us, we’ll use your message only to respond.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
